This policy explains how El Saleh Tools ("El Saleh", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website elsalehtools.com, contact us or buy from us. By using the website you agree to this policy.

- Company data: company name, commercial register and tax card, when you ask us to activate a company account with wholesale pricing.
- Quote requests and messages: what you write in our forms — your name, contact details and the details of your request.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, used to secure the website and protect accounts from unauthorised login attempts.

- To process, deliver and invoice your orders.
- To answer quote requests and enquiries.
- To manage your account and activate wholesale pricing for company accounts.
- To contact you about your orders, after-sales service and warranty.

We will not send you marketing messages without your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing your data
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only where necessary with:

- Correct or update your data — you can edit most of it yourself from My account.
- Ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Keeping your data safe
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their work. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and do not share it.
Children
The website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email at the address on your account.
